How to Combine Payroll Reports

As a result of live streaming and in person classes, some fitSpots have doubles of their team members. To work with this, we created the ability to combine payroll reports. 

Step-by-Step:
  1. Click on the menu button in the top left hand corner
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Business. Click "View Details" to the right of the Team Payout Report
  4. Click "see details" on the first instructor which you would like to combine
  5. In their payroll report, click "Combine report with another instructor"
  6. A new section reading "Combine with team member" will appear with a drop down below it 
  7. Click the drop down and choose the second team member 
  8. Once this is done, the report will update to show all relevant information for both team member profiles
