How to Assign a Payscale to a Team Member

  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner next to the fitDEGREE logo
  2. Within the menu options, select “Setup” and follow the side menu to select Team and then Team Members
  3. Once in the Team Members window, find the team member which you would like to edit and click the Edit button on the right hand side of your screen corresponding with their name
  4. Click the “Next” button at the bottom right hand corner of the tab to enter the “Team Member: More Info” tab. Within this tab there are two options for Class Payscale, and One-on-One Payscale. Click the drop-down arrows and select or create the proper payscale for the selected instructor.
6. Upon completing your updates to team member payscales you will be brought back to the “Edit Team Member” tab. Click the “Update” button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and your team member’s payscales have successfully been updated.
