How to Add a Client

Step-by-Step (From Client Search Bar)
  1. From anywhere on your fitDEGREE admin account you can find your Client Search Bar at the top of your screen next to the calendar icon. Click into this search bar and a drop-down of clients will appear with a plus sign reading “Create New Client” at the bottom of the list; click the plus sign
  2. Once done, a new tab will appear which is labeled “Create Client,” fill out all applicable sections within the tab then press the “Create” button

Step-by-Step (From Clients Window)
  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen, next to the fitDEGREE logo
  2. Within the menu tab that appears on screen, select “Clients” and a new window labeled “Clients” will appear on screen
  3. Click the plus sign in the top corner of the screen next to the search bar
  4. Once done, a new tab will appear which is labeled “Create Client,” fill out all applicable sections within the tab then press the “Create” button

Things to Note:
  • Adding a tag to your client helps classify them within your system to easier apply discounts
  • Anywhere that there is a client search bar can be used to create a new client by clicking the plus sign below client’s names
  • The creation of a profile will not create a profile on the mobile application, but it will email them a Login Credential email with a button inside called "Create Your Login", which they can use to set their password for this own log in as well as finish setting up their account.
