Step-by-Step
- From your phone home screen, enter your On the Go application
- Once in the application you are taken to the live schedule, click the second icon from the left on your screen (the icon with 2 people) to bring yourself to your client screen
- Within this, click the plus sign at the top right hand corner to add a client
- A new screen will appear with fields for first name, last name, email, phone number, gender, and date of birth (not all fields are required)
- Fill in all of the fields with your client’s information and then click “Submit”
- Once this is complete, the client will be sent a login credential email from your studio account, allowing them to click the "create your login" button inside this email to set their password and continue setting up their account.
