What Does the Intro Offer Funnel Report Tell Me?

Modified on Wed, 24 May, 2023 at 4:36 AM

When a new lead walks in your door, you need a plan to get them to a membership! Intro offers serve as the top of your sales funnel to convert new leads into recurring autopay clients.

To pull this report, select the date range you want to look review. Once a date range is selected, the report will show several data points.

1.) Most Sold Intro Offers
If you are running more than one Intro Offer at a time, you will be able to see which offer received more sales during the time period selected. Find out which Intro Offers you are selling the most of.
Remember that this is only one piece to the puzzle!
The most purchased Intro Offer may not be the one that drives the conversions!

2.) Most Effective Intro Offers
If you are running more than one Intro offer as a time, this report will show you which intro offer is converting better. The most effective Intro Offers are the ones that drive conversions!
A conversion is counted if a Lead that purchases an Intro Offer then makes a purchase for a Membership, Pack or Series within 30 days of the expiration of their Intro Offer.

This report displays as 3 potential colors, Yellow, Red, or Green,
- Yellow clients are still in their offer time period
- Red clients Churned within 30 days of expiration of their Intro Offer
- Green clients Converted within 30 days of expiration of their Intro Offer

These colors can be clicked into to learn more about where each person is in the conversion process

3.) Best Subsequent Purchase
This data will show you, out of those that converted, which item did they purchase that marked them as a conversion. (Membership, Pack or Series) Ideally, you want most of them to be to memberships that are on an auto-pay to build recurring revenue over time.
