The Intro Offer Funnel Report provides key data points to help you evaluate how well your Intro Offers are performing and where improvements can be made.
Where to Find This Report
Admin-Level Access Required
Navigate to: Menu → Reports → Business → Intro Offer Funnel
To generate the report, select a date range. The system will then display insights on:
- Most Sold Intro Offers
- Most Effective Intro Offers
- Best Subsequent Purchase
1. Most Sold Intro Offers
This section helps you determine which Intro Offer sold the most during the selected time period.
Key Insight: The most purchased Intro Offer may not be the one driving the most conversions. While sales volume is important, tracking conversions is the real indicator of success.
2. Most Effective Intro Offers
This section reveals which Intro Offer converts the highest percentage of clients into long-term members or package holders.
A conversion is counted when:
A lead purchases an Intro Offer and then buys a Membership, Class Pack, One-on-One Pack, or Series within 30 days after the Intro Offer expires.
Understanding the Color-Coded Data
The report categorizes clients into three groups based on their conversion status:
- Yellow → Clients are still within their Intro Offer timeframe.
- Red → Clients did not convert within 30 days after their Intro Offer expired (churned).
- Green → Clients converted successfully by purchasing a Membership, Pack, or Series within 30 days after their Intro Offer expired.
Click on the colors to see a breakdown of each client’s conversion status.
3. Best Subsequent Purchase
This section helps you track what new leads purchased after their Intro Offer ended.
Ideal Outcome: The majority of conversions should be memberships on autopay to build sustainable revenue.

- Class Packs
- One-on-One Packages
- Series Packages
