Where can Clients Find their Referral Code?

Clients can locate and share their referral code directly from the fitDEGREE mobile app. Visibility depends on the studio’s app display settings.

Where to find it

Referral codes are now located in the Profile tab of the app.

To access it:

1. Open the fitDEGREE app.

2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Scroll down past your check-in stats.

4. Your referral code appears under Refer a friend to this studio.

How referral links work

Clients can share their referral code using the built-in share button.

• Tapping Share your link generates a unique referral link.

• Any friend who signs up using that link will automatically have the referral code applied.

• The referral code is pre-filled for that session.

Clients do not need to manually enter the code when using the share link.

If a client does not see their referral code

If the referral section is not visible, the studio has chosen to hide it.

Studios can control this setting here:

Menu → Setup → App Settings → Display Settings → Hide referral widget on app

When this setting is enabled:

• Referral codes are hidden from clients.

• Share links are still available and continue to work normally.
