Where can I Track Referrals?

Referrals can be tracked in your admin within Client Insights Reporting! To navigate here, follow the instructions below!

Step-by-Step:
1. Click on the menu button
2. Click Reports
3. Click Business
4. Select Referrals

Once inside of this report you can filter by a date range and explore which of your current clients have been bringing in new business!

The report at face value will show you the name of current clients and the number of prospects and number of converted new clients they have referred to your business. If you click into the client's name, then you'll be able to see the breakdown of exactly who they referred to your business!

Things to Note:
  • You can filter these reports by date in order to help facilitate referral competitions!
  • Prospects are Potential New Clients who created app accounts
  • Converted New Clients are clients who not only created accounts, but actively participated in registration or purchasing after account creation was completed
  • Your clients can find their referral codes in the home screen of their app, just below the store, or inside of their profile just under their display names!
