Step-by-Step
- Once you log into the admin, search the client's name and enter their profile.
- From the client's profile, under Active Items, click on their membership
- Under the clients name, click "Manage Bills and Details"
- Select the MORE tab on the right
- Click the text that reads "Cancel this membership"
- Choose if you would like to cancel immediately, at the end of the client's listed billing period or picking a specific date, then click "Next". (If selecting "As of Chosen date" a date picker will pop up to select the date you want the membership to end. Is using this option, adding a discount may be necessary if you which to prorate the last bill)
- Type "cancel" in the box to confirm this cancellation
- Confirm your cancellation and the membership is set to cancel as of your selected date
Things to Note:
A client cannot cancel their membership from the mobile application. Thus all cancellations must be run via admin.
