In terms of running your business it is nice to know all details about a registration. With a quick search you may want to find how someone registered, when they registered, who registered them, and so on. In fitDEGREE, you can accomplish all of this in a quick search.
Either from the client's profile or on a class registration screen, you can find out how and when a client was registered.
Step-by-Step (From the Client Profile)
- Click on the Search Clients bar in the top left corner of the screen
- Type in the name of the client
- Once in the client profile, scroll down to upcoming registrations and click "See All Registrations"
- Click the three dots next to the session which you wish to learn more about
- Click "More Details"
- The client's registration information for the class should appear on this Registration Details Screen
Step-by-Step (From the Check-In Screen)
- Click on the class which you wish to view
- Click "View Details"
- Find the client you wish to investigate and click the three dots next to their name
- Click "More Details"
- The client's registration information for the class should appear on this Registration Details Screen
