Duplicate client accounts can be merged within the fitDEGREE Admin to keep your client database clean and organized.
Step-by-Step Guide
Access the Client List:
- From your Dashboard, click the Menu icon in the top left corner next to the fitDEGREE logo.
- Select Clients, and a new Clients window will open.
- Use the search bar at the top of the Admin (available on all pages) or scroll through the client list to find the duplicate account.
Find the Client Profile:
- Click on the client's name to enter their profile.
- In their profile, select “About Me” (located under the profile picture).
Merge Accounts:
- Scroll down and click “Merge Accounts.”
- The system will automatically search for duplicate accounts with the same name and display them in a new tab.
- Select the correct accounts to merge.
Additional Ways to Find Duplicate Accounts
- Use the Duplicate Client Report:
- Navigate to Reports > Clients > Duplicate Clients.
- This report automatically matches profiles using the same email address.
- You can merge accounts directly from this tool—especially useful after importing data from another platform.
Things to Keep in Mind
- You can search for clients using first name, last name, full name, email, or phone number.
- The account most recently logged into will become the primary account after the mer
