How to Edit an Intro Offer

Step-by-Step

From your dashboard click the menu icon in the top left hand corner
Select “Setup” then within the options that appear select “Payment Options”
Select Intro Offers
Once in the Intro Offer Packs page, find the pack you wish to edit and click the three dots directly to the right of the package name
From the drop down list, select “edit”
Once the “Intro Offer Details” tab opens, you are free to edit any information about the package and then click the next button
After clicking the next button you will be brought to the next tab which allows you to select where the offer will be displayed (app & admin) and set the expiration date, and price
After clicking the next button you will be brought to the final tab which will allow you to select amount of uses and which class groups they have access to with the pass, as well as OOO services if your Offer included them
Upon finalizing all of your edits, click the "Update" button

Things to Consider:

Intro Offers can be edited like class packs and memberships, however, only certain edits will apply to clients that currently have the Intro Offer while other edits will only be available to clients who make the purchase in the future after edits are made just like packs and memberships.

Edits that WILL affect current pass holder

You can update which classes, class groups and which OOO services are covered by the Intro offer.

Edits that will NOT affect current pass holder

changing length of pass (expiration date)
number of uses
Name, sub title or description

Intro offers cannot be edited to Add/remove an existing pack to the offer, just like in memberships
