You can edit an Intro Offer at any time to update its pricing, expiration, included Perks, or other details. Some edits take effect immediately for Clients who already hold the Intro Offer, while others only apply to future purchasers — knowing the difference helps you avoid surprises.
Where to find it
From the Admin Website, click the menu icon in the top left corner.
Go to Setup > Payment Options > Intro Offers.
Find the Intro Offer you want to edit.
Click the three dots to the right of its name and select Edit.
What you can edit
Details: title, subtitle, description, image, and video URL.
Pricing and expiration: where the offer is available, expiration period, price, tax settings.
Perks: add Perks, remove Perks, or edit settings on an existing Perk (uses, shareability, applicable Classes or Services, Value per use).
Virtual content: whether the offer includes Live Stream or other virtual access.
What changes take effect immediately
These edits update right away for everyone currently holding the Intro Offer:
Changing which Classes, Class Groups, or Services a Perk applies to.
Changing conditional tags on the Intro Offer.
What changes only apply to future purchases
These edits leave existing Intro Offer holders unaffected — only new purchasers will see the change:
Adding a new Perk to the Intro Offer.
Removing an existing Perk from the Intro Offer.
Changing the price.
Changing the expiration length or rules.
Changing the number of uses on a Perk.
Editing the title, subtitle, or description.
If you need to apply a change retroactively to a specific Client, you can edit that Client's Perk directly from their profile.
Things to know
The Perk edit modal in the Admin Website includes a notice at the top that lists which properties can't be changed on an existing Perk. If you need to change one of those properties, delete the Perk and create a new one in its place.
Intro Offers are a one-time purchase per Client. Edits to the offer don't allow a Client to re-purchase it.
