You can view and pay your bills directly in the fitDEGREE mobile app.
Where to find your bills
Open the fitDEGREE app.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Select Studio Details.
Tap Purchase History.
This screen shows all bills for the selected studio, including both paid and unpaid items.
What you can see
Each bill displays:
Bill title (what the charge is for)
Issue date and due date
Amount due
Reason for the charge
How to pay a bill
Tap the bill you want to pay.
Review the bill details.
Tap Pay Bill.
Select your payment method.
Complete the transaction.
Once payment is processed, the bill moves to your paid list in Purchase History.
Things to note
Bills may include failed autopays, late cancellations, no-show fees, or manual studio charges.
If a bill is past due, it may prevent future bookings until resolved.
For questions about why a bill exists, contact your studio directly.
