How to Custom Arrange Pricing Options in the App

You can control the order that your pricing options appear in the fitDEGREE app. This allows you to highlight specific memberships or packs and guide clients toward the options you want them to see first.

Each pricing category has its own custom sorting tool.

How to get there

1. Go to Menu

2. Click Setup

3. Select Pricing Options

4. Click into the category you want to manage

One-on-one packs

1. Click the sorter icon (stacked arrows pointing up and down).

2. This opens a new window titled One-on-one pack order.

3. Next to each pack, click and hold the stacked lines on the right.

4. Drag items up or down to change their order.

5. Click Update to save.

The new order controls how these packs appear in the app store.

Class packs

1. Click the sorter icon.

2. This opens Class pack order.

3. Drag the stacked lines to reorder.

4. Click Update.

Memberships

1. Click the sorter icon.

2. This opens Membership order.

3. Drag the stacked lines to reorder.

4. Click Update.

Additional notes

• Intro offers cannot be custom sorted.
  These display in a rotating side-scroll at the top of the app, so all offers are always visible.

• The order shown in your admin pricing pages is not the app display order.
  The true display order is only reflected inside the custom sorting window.

• Changes apply immediately once you click Update. Clients will see the new order in the app right away.
