How to Make Phone Numbers a Requirement for Registration

Step-by-Step

  1. From your dashboard click the menu icon in the top left hand of your screen to open the dropdown menu
  2. Once in the dropdown menu, select “Company”
  3. Once in the "Company" page, select "App Settings" then select "App Profile Requirements"
  4. In this page, check off the box that says Require verified phone number

Things to Consider:
  • If you select this option all clients to have a phone number in order to register. As a result, you must take into account that if you service parents and children on separate accounts, they cannot verify the same number for each account.
  • foreign numbers will not be able to be verified. 
  • If you have a client who cannot verify any phone number via text, you can disable this requirement within the "About Me" section of their Client profile on the admin website
