As of the September 2023 update, unpublished Classes were moved from being placed into Tagged groups and are considered to be a part of "Schedules." This is lingo that the Studio Admin or Manager will come across in two places on the Live Schedule, so let's break them down.
Class Creation Flow
Schedules come into play when you want to save a Class for publication at a later date but you want to "draft" it at this time. When going about creating a Class you will go through all of your regular creation flow. At the final screen where you can Publish Now or Publish Later, select Publish Later. At this point a new tab will appear asking you to save this class to an Unpublished Schedule.
Once on this tab you will either select a pre-existing Unpublished Schedule to add this Class to or create a new Schedule at that time.
Schedule Filters
To access your Unpublished Schedules from the Schedule Filters you want to first open up the Filter section of the Live Schedule. To do so, click on the Filters button in the left side of your screen as seen below.
Once you click on the Filters button a menu will appear on the left side of your screen which is titled Schedule Filters. Under "Actions" at the bottom of this menu you will be able to locate the ability to Manage Unpublished Schedules. This is the space where you can edit, delete, or publish any Schedules you have created while in the Class creation process.
Once you click to Manage Unpublished Schedules, a new tab will appear on screen which will display all of your currently unpublished Schedules. From here you can navigate through each one, editing or deleting content within them or publishing them once they are ready to launch out to your Clients!
Within this area you can also create new Schedules if you would like to! Let's say you're looking to pre-create your Schedules so that as you create Classes you do not forget which one they belong in. This would be a great place to lay out your Schedule format/plan prior to Class creation so that you can make that process a breeze!
Schedules are only applicable to Classes and cannot be leveraged for Events, Series, or One-on-Ones
