On the client app (mobile or web app), clients now have the ability to see their potential place on the waitlist as they register as well as their place on the waitlist over time!
If a client were to register for a full session, they would receive the following message:
"It looks like this is already full. There are X people currently on the waitlist"
From here, clients can choose if they want to proceed to register and join the waitlist or cancel this registration attempt and try for another day.
At any time after registering to a waitlist, a client can click into their profile and click into a session to view their position in line on the waitlist and withdraw from the session if they no longer wish to wait for their turn to register in the future if other students cancel their sessions.
Things to Note:
- When a client's turn on the waitlist is up for their registration window, they will receive a push notification and an email prompting them to register.
- The timeline for response to the push or email notification is as follows:
48 hours before class = 12 hours to respond
47 to 13 hours before class = 4 hours to respond
< 13 hours before class = 5 mins to respond
47 to 13 hours before class = 4 hours to respond
< 13 hours before class = 5 mins to respond
