Editing and Deleting Tags

Editing and Deleting Tags is a process that can be done inside of the Tag Management screen in the fitDEGREE Admin. To get here you'll want to click on the Menu button in the top left corner, then select Setup, and then Client Tags. 

Editing a Tag

Inside of your Tag Management screen you'll see a list of Tags. Locate the one you would like to edit and the click the corresponding Edit on the far right hand side of the screen.

Once clicked, this will open up a new tab for you to edit the Tag.

Inside of this tab you can rename the Tag, change the Tag's Color Code, and/or adjust it to be a Company Wide Tag. Once you have made your edits, select Update.

Deleting a Tag

To delete a Tag inside of your Tag Management screen you'll want to first locate the Tag. Once located, look to the far right hand side of the screen for the Delete button and click on it. 

Once clicked the Delete button will spawn a new tab which will give you more information about this Tag prior to its deletion.

You can click on "View in Clients" to see a filtered list of all Clients who have the tag you wish to delete. From there you can use the Mass Tagger to remove the Tag from these clients or to add a new Tag to these Clients, if you would like to, before taking any action to delete. 

Once settled on the idea of deletion, check off the box to indicate you understand and wish to continue and then click Delete.

Once a Tag is deleted it cannot be undone. Be sure to confirm this is your desired action before deleting any data on your fitDEGREE Admin.
