Adding a Client During Registration
Search for the Client: From the class registration screen, use the search bar to find and select the client's name.
Register the Client: Complete the client's registration for the session.
Assign a Spot: After registration, the spot booking map will display. Select the desired spot for the client, either from the map directly or via the right-side menu.
Confirm Selection: Click "Select" on the chosen spot from the menu, or click on the spot on the map, to finalize the client's placement.
Assigning a Spot to a Currently Registered Client
Identify the Client: Locate the client’s name on your class roster.
Access Spot Booking Map: Click the icon resembling two stacked circles next to their name.
Select a Spot: The spot booking map will appear, allowing you to choose a spot directly on the map or from the right-side menu.
Finalize Spot: Confirm the spot for the client by clicking directly on the map or selecting "Select" next to the desired spot on the menu.
Changing a Client’s Spot
Way One:
Click the Spot: Next to the client's name in the roster, click the spot listed.
Select New Spot: On the spot booking map, choose a new spot either by clicking on the map or selecting "Select" next to the desired spot on the right menu.
Confirm Change: The client will be moved to the new spot automatically.
Way Two:
Manage Map: Find the map's name on the left side of your registration screen and click "Manage."
Choose Client: Click "Select" next to the client's name or their profile picture on the map.
Reassign Spot: Click "Reassign," then choose a new spot from the map or right menu.
Complete Reassignment: The client's spot is updated upon selection.
Things to Keep in Mind:
If you click on a client who is already in a spot on the map you will encounter a version of their profile on the side of your screen. This lists options to Unseat or Reassign your client within the spot booking map.
To unseat a client is to remove them from a spot altogether
To reassign them is to change their spot for the session
