What is Zapier?

By integrating fitDEGREE with Zapier, you can connect fitDEGREE to a multitude of applications, such as ActiveCampaign, FloDesk, Constant Contact. This integration allows for seamless data transfer and automation between fitDEGREE and these platforms, enhancing your business processes.
Capabilities of the fitDEGREE Zapier Integration
Currently, the fitDEGREE integration with Zapier supports the "Created/Updated User" trigger. This means that whenever a user is created or updated in your fitDEGREE account, Zapier can initiate a workflow (known as a "Zap") to perform corresponding actions in the connected application.
Setting Up the Integration
1. Create a Zapier Account
- If you don't already have one, sign up for a Zapier account at zapier.com.
2. Start a New Zap
- Log in to Zapier and click on "Create Zap" to begin setting up a new workflow.
3. Select fitDEGREE as the Trigger App
- In the "Choose App & Event" section, search for and select "fitDEGREE".
- Choose the "Created/Updated User" trigger event.
4. Connect fitDEGREE to Zapier
- Zapier will prompt you to connect your fitDEGREE account. To do this, you'll need an API Key from fitDEGREE.
5. Generate an API Key in fitDEGREE
- Log in to your fitDEGREE Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Setup > Integrations > API Keys.
- Click on "Create a New API Key".
- Label the key (e.g., "Zapier") and generate it.
- Copy the API Key provided.
6. Authorize Zapier to Access fitDEGREE
- Return to Zapier and paste the API Key when prompted to connect your fitDEGREE account.
7. Set Up the Action in Zapier
- After setting up the trigger, choose the application you want to connect to fitDEGREE (e.g., ActiveCampaign, FloDesk, Constant Contact).
- Define the action that should occur in the selected app when a user is created or updated in fitDEGREE.
8. Test and Activate the Zap
- Test the Zap to ensure it's working as intended.
- Once confirmed, activate the Zap to enable the automation.
