You can edit a One-on-One Pack template at any time to update its details, restrictions, or included Perks. Some edits take effect immediately for Clients who already hold the pack, while others only apply to future purchasers.
Where to find it
From the Admin Website, click the menu icon in the top left corner.
Go to Setup > Payment Options > One-on-One Packs.
Find the One-on-One Pack you want to edit.
Click the three dots to the right of its name and select Edit.
What you can edit
Pack details: title, description, where it's for sale, expiration rules, and price.
Restrictions and rules: conditional client tags, temperature gating, and one-purchase-per-Client setting.
Primary Perk: edit number of uses, shareability, Value per use, and applicable Services.
Extra Perks: add a new Extra Perk, remove an existing one, or edit settings on any existing Perk.
What changes take effect immediately
These edits update right away for everyone currently holding the One-on-One Pack:
Changing which Services a Perk applies to.
Changing conditional tags on the pack.
What changes only apply to future purchases
These edits leave existing pack holders unaffected — only new purchasers will see the change:
Adding a new Perk to the pack.
Removing an existing Perk from the pack.
Changing the price.
Changing the pack's expiration rules.
Changing the number of uses on a Perk.
Editing the title or description.
If you need to apply a change retroactively to a specific Client, edit that Client's Perk directly from their profile.
Payroll note
If you pay instructors based on a percentage of One-on-One Pack revenue, double-check the Value per use on the Primary Perk whenever you edit a One-on-One Pack. Because One-on-One Packs can include multiple Perks, the system no longer auto-calculates Value per use, so this needs to be set manually for payroll to stay accurate.
Things to know
The Perk edit modal in the Admin Website includes a notice at the top listing which properties can't be changed on an existing Perk. If you need to change one of those, delete the Perk and create a new one in its place.
Click Update to save your changes.
