Step-by-Step
- From your dashboard, click the menu button and enter the Setup section of your fitSpot
- Once in Setup, scroll down and select Team and then Team Members from the side menu options
- In the Team Members screen, find the person who you wish to reset a password for and click the three dots to the right of their name
- From the drop down menu, select “Change Password”
- A new tab will open on screen labeled “Change Password” from here, fill in the new password and then click the update button
