Promotional announcements allow you to share messages with your clients and attach clickable action items. These action items can link directly to classes, events, packs, memberships, team members, or external links inside the app.
Each announcement can include multiple promoted items to guide clients to specific actions.
How to create an announcement
Go to Menu in the top left of the admin.
Select Announce.
Click + Create an Announcement.
Enter a title and message.
Click + Promote an Item.
Select the item you want to attach.
Click Create.
The announcement is immediately sent to your clients.
What you can promote
You can attach:
Classes and events
Memberships
Class packs
One-on-one packs
Team members
External links
Each promoted item becomes a clickable button in the app.
Icon behavior
When promoting an internal item, the app automatically uses the system icon:
Memberships use the ID card icon
Class packs use the ticket icon
One-on-one packs use the person icon
Team members use their profile photo
You cannot manually change icons for internal items.
External links
When promoting an external link, you can upload a custom image.
This is the only case where you control the visual.
Things to note
Each announcement can include multiple promoted items.
Clients can tap any promoted item to jump directly to that section of the app.
Announcements support text, images, and clickable actions in one post.
Announcements appear in the client app announcement feed.
