Modified on Tue, 08 Aug 2023 at 10:26 AM

Step-by-Step
  1. Once in your Live Schedule screen, click the plus sign reading “Add to Calendar” in the top right corner next to the icon to change your calendar view.
  2. Once in the “Add to Calendar” tab select the option “event”
  3. This will open a new tab reading “Create an Event,” within this tab add a banner image, title your event, provide body text to describe your event, select whether or not the event will display on the app, and if the event requires payment or not:
    • If the event requires payment check this box off and select if clients must pay on the spot or if they will be allowed to reserve their place and pay upon arrival
    • After selecting this, indicate the cost of the event in the Price box
  4. Following the price per clients of the event, input the instructor payout
    • This payout is to be considered the instructor’s payscale for this event and can be made as dollars or percentage
  5. After you have created your event payscale, indicate whether the event will feature push notifications and then click the “next” button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen
  6. This will bring you into the “Create Event: More Info” tab. Here you will fill out the max attendance, add your waiver (if applicable), set your instructor, set your location, set your event date and time, and when registration is to open and close for the event
  7. Upon filling in all of this information, click the “Create” button in the bottom right hand corner of the tab and this event will be added to your live schedule

Things to Note:
  • Events only accept their designated Drop In as a payment option. No class packs, memberships, or intro offers may be used as a form of payment for registration.
