Managing Equipment Items

Equipment Items in fitDEGREE represent the tangible assets or physical spots within your studio, crucial for spot booking. This segment of the admin panel allows for detailed oversight and management of each item.


Creation and Management

  • Creating Equipment Items: Click the plus sign next to "Spot Booking Equipment Items" to add a new item. Assign it to an equipment type, provide a unique label, and add notes if necessary—remember, clients can view these notes.

  • Overview and Filtering: A comprehensive table displays all items, sorted by type, label, status, and notes. You can filter items by type and status to streamline management.


Registrations and Adjustments

  • Viewing Registrations: A button allows access to a report showing client interactions with each item, including registration status and dates.

  • Editing and Status Updates: Utilize the three-dot menu for options to mark an item as out of order, edit labels or notes, or delete the item entirely.


This functionality ensures a high level of organization and client engagement, making equipment management seamless and efficient.
