To add a live stream link to one-on-one sessions you must have several things in line. First, your service must indicate that it is able to send live stream links. Second, your team member must have a link for streaming in their profile.
How to establish your service as live streamed:
- Click on the menu button in the top left hand corner
- Click on Setup
- Under Schedule Items, click One-on-One Services
- Choose the service
- Click the pencil icon to edit the service
- Check off "Send live stream links"
- Click Next
- Click Update
How to establish a link in your team member profile:
- Click on the menu button in the top left hand corner
- Click on Setup
- Click Team Members
- Find the Team Member which you would like to edit and click on them
- Once the new tab appears on screen, click the pencil icon to edit the profile
- Under the one-on-one service provider section is an area to add a live stream link. Here you will paste in their designated streaming URL
- Click Next
- Click Update
Once this is done and the service is scheduled, it will automatically populate the live stream link.
