How to Create a Repeating One-on-One Appointment

Step-by-Step (from your Dashboard)
  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner next to the fitDEGREE logo 
  2. Select "One-on-One”
  3. Within the one-on-one availability window a calendar for the week will populate on the screen.
  4. Prior to beginning the process of setting an availability, ensure you switch your calendar to the proper team member. To do this, click the drop-down below “viewing schedule for” on the left hand side of your screen and select the team member whose schedule you would like to update
  5. Beneath the team member’s name, click the green button that reads “Schedule Appointment”
  6. Fill out all applicable fields: this appointment is for, service, location, duration, appointment time, appointment date. Once finished click the green “register” button and this will be added to your live schedule
  7. Once this is done a new tab will occur with the appointment information, within this click the three dots to the right of the client’s name. From here select “make recurring”
  8. Once you have done this a new tab will appear, set the appropriate recurring schedule and update the appointment by clicking the green “Submit” button
Step-by-Step (from a Client’s Profile)
  1. From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner next to the fitDEGREE logo
  2. Click "Clients" within the dropdown menu; once in the “Clients” window select the client which you would like to schedule a one-on-one for
  3. Once in the Client’s profile, view the basic client profile information section, within this section, click the blue “Register/Schedule” button
  4. A new tab will open onto your screen, at the top of this tab there will be a gray button reading “Schedule a one-on-one appointment,” click this button to open the new tab with access to schedule a one-on-one
  5. This option will bring you back to your “Schedule” window and open the side tab reading “Schedule Appointment” as well as the client’s name who you are scheduling for, ensure that above this you select the correct service provider in the box labeled “this appointment is with”
  6. Fill out all applicable fields: service, location, duration, appointment time, appointment date. Once finished click the green “register” button and this will be added to your live schedule
  7. Once this is done a new tab will occur with the appointment information, within this click the three dots to the right of the client’s name. From here select “make recurring”
  8. Once you have done this a new tab will appear, set the appropriate recurring schedule and update the appointment by clicking the green “Submit” button
Step-by-Step (from your Live Schedule)
  1. In the top right corner of the “Live Schedule” window, click the gray “Add to Calendar” button
  2. This button will open a new tab on screen that reads “Add to Calendar,” in this tab select the option for One-on-One
  3. This will then bring you to a new tab to select your “One-on-One Service Provider,” from your list of team members, select the one who applies to this appointment
  4. This option will bring you back to your “Schedule” window and open the side tab reading “Schedule Appointment” as well as the team member’s name who creating the appointment with
  5. Below the desired team member, add the name of the client in the field labeled “this appointment is for”
  6. From here, fill out all applicable fields: service, location, duration, appointment time, appointment date. Once finished click the green “register” button and this will be added to your live schedule
  7. Once this is done a new tab will occur with the appointment information, within this click the three dots to the right of the client’s name. From here select “make recurring”
  8. Once you have done this a new tab will appear, set the appropriate recurring schedule and update the appointment by clicking the green “Submit” button
