- From your dashboard click the menu icon in the top left hand of your screen to open the dropdown menu
- Once in the dropdown menu, select “Setup”
- Once in the "Setup" page, select "Settings" which is listed under the "My fitSpot" section on the left hand side
- In the settings page, scroll all the way down and look to the right hand side for the section which says “App,” within this selection select “Require clients to have a verified phone number to register”
Things to Consider:
- If you select this option it is necessary for all clients to have a phone number in order to register. As a result, you must take into account that if you service parents and children on separate accounts, they cannot verify the same number for each account.
