- Once someone purchases a Digital Gift Card for you, you will be sent an email from the fitSpot which the gift card is associated with
- Open this email and you will see the Digital Gift Card, any message the person has written to you, and a gift card code. Either copy this code or write it down before moving back into your fitDEGREE (or branded) application
- From your application continue on and proceed to make a purchase/registration
- Once you have settled on a purchase/registration and have entered the payment screen select to “Redeem Gift Card”
- After selecting this you will enter a new screen and be prompted to enter your gift card code, either type or paste the code into this box and click “Transfer Balance”
- The balance transfer has added the gift card balance as an account balance, so once you have arrived back into the payment screen select “Account Balance” as your payment method and complete your purchase.
