- From your dashboard, click the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen, next to the fitDEGREE logo
- Within the menu tab that appears on screen, select “One-on-One”
- Within the One-on-One Availability window on your screen, select your desired view (list or monthly), then from the left hand side of your screen select the drop-down arrow labeled “Viewing schedule for” and select the proper team member, then click onto the availability you wish to delete within your list or calendar
- Once you have selected a block of availability, a new tab labeled the name of the team member who your are editing availability for will appear on screen.
- On the bottom right hand corner of this tab there is a red button labeled “Delete,” click this button
- After clicking this button a new tab labeled “Delete Availability” will appear on screen and prompt you to select what out of your team members availability you would like to delete: the selected date only, or repeating instances (for all instances or specific weekdays)
- Once you have selected all applicable options, click the red “Confirm” button in the bottom right hand corner and your team members availability will be updated within your live schedule and application
